Johnathon D. Burgess is a dedicated general practice lawyer in Batesville and founding attorney of Burgess Law Firm. At the firm, Johnathon assists clients with all aspects of many different areas of law, including bankruptcy, family law, car accidents and other personal injuries, nursing home negligence, estate planning, and elder law.

Johnathon earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the Bowen School of Law-Little Rock in 2017. While at the Bowen School of Law, Johnathon was awarded the Top Paper Award in Research, Writing, and Advocacy and Specialized Legal Research - Business Law. He is a current member of the Arkansas Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.

Johnathon resides in Batesville with his wife, Lindsey, and their three children, Paisley, Price, and Gabriel. Johnathon and Lindsey were raised in Batesville and both graduated from Batesville High School in 2005 and ASU-Jonesboro in 2009. Lindsey earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012 and is currently employed by STARS Academy in Batesville as the Director of Therapy.
